Shipping Policy
Production Time (The "Making" Phase) Because every 3dfootballers item is bespoke and 3D printed to order, we do not have ready-to-ship stock.

Production Time: Please allow up to 14 days for us to print, inspect, and package your custom order before it is dispatched.

Note: During peak periods (like Christmas), production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery is 2 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery is 10 business days after dispatch.
Order Tracking When your order has been printed and shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes 3dfootballers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Damages & Lost Packages If your item arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@3dfootballers.com with photos (see our Return Policy). If your package is lost in transit, please contact the courier directly to file a claim, but do let us know so we can assist where possible.
