Return & Refund Policy
At 3Dfootballers, every item is bespoke and custom-made specifically for you using advanced 3D printing technology. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for "change of mind." All sales are final.
The Nature of 3D Printing Please be aware that 3D printed items are created by building up layers of material. As a result, small thin lines (known as layer lines) may be visible on the surface of the product. This is a normal characteristic of the manufacturing process and is not considered a defect or damage. We do not accept returns or refunds based on the presence of these lines.
Damages and Issues However, if your order arrives broken, cracked, or genuinely defective, we are committed to making it right. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.
If your item is damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue.
To report a damaged item:

Attach clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
Note: Claims regarding "scratches" that are determined to be standard 3D printing layer lines will not be accepted as valid damage claims.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items As mentioned above, custom products (such as special orders, personalized figurines, or bespoke items) cannot be returned unless damaged during shipping.
European Union Customers Please note that according to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. Therefore, we cannot accept returns from EU customers unless the item is broken or faulty.
Refunds (For Approved Damaged Items Only) If a refund is approved due to damage, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
