3Dfootballers – Terms & Conditions

By using 3Dfootballers (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

3Dfootballers allows users to create stylised digital football characters (“Heroes”) based on uploaded images using a credit-based system.

The service is digital-first. Physical 3D printed figures may be offered as an optional premium upgrade and are not included by default.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

  • Users under the age of 18 may use 3Dfootballers with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

  • By allowing a minor to use the service, the parent or legal guardian accepts responsibility for the account, including all activity and any purchases made.

  • Users under the age of 13 should only use the service with the direct involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Payments must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Credits

  • New users receive one (1) free credit to try the service.

  • Credits are used to generate, refine, edit, or export Heroes.

  • Purchased credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.

  • Credits cannot be exchanged for money or other goods.

  • We may change credit pricing, bundles, or usage from time to time.

4. Image Uploads & User Content

By uploading images, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to use the image.

  • The image does not infringe third-party rights.

  • The image does not contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

You retain ownership of your original images.
By using the service, you grant us a licence to process uploaded images solely for the purpose of creating your Hero.

5. Digital Outputs

  • Heroes generated by the service are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may download and share your Hero on personal platforms and social media.

  • You may not sell, licence, or commercially exploit Heroes without written permission from us.

Heroes are stylised representations. We do not guarantee exact likeness or realism.

6. Sharing & Social Media

We encourage users to share their Heroes on social media.

By tagging us or sharing publicly, you grant us permission to repost or feature that content across our platforms for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise.

7. Monthly “Favourite Hero” Selection

Each month, we may select our favourite Hero shared on social media and tagged with our official 3Dfootballers account.

  • Selection is subjective and based on creativity, presentation, and overall appeal.

  • There is no limit on how many times a user may share.

  • Selection is not random and is made entirely at our discretion.

  • One favourite may be selected per month.

The selected user will receive:

  • One free 3D printed figure of their Hero

  • Free worldwide shipping

There is no guarantee of selection. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Physical 3D Prints (If Offered)

  • Physical 3D prints are a separate premium product.

  • Production and fulfilment may be handled by trusted third-party partners.

  • Delivery times, materials, and finishes may vary.

  • Minor variations are normal due to the nature of 3D printing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a physical print if a model is unsuitable for production.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Digital services and used credits are non-refundable.

  • Refunds for unused credits are not guaranteed and are assessed case-by-case.

  • Physical print orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

10. Availability & Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for downtime, delays, or changes to features.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

  • We are not responsible for dissatisfaction based on subjective likeness.

  • Use of the service is at your own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
